Our people

Petros Selekos and Angelika Gouskou, are both Doctors in Law, (PH.D in Business and Commercial Law, University of Athens). Mr Selekos is also a Professor of Business Law at the University (Law School). The firm is specialized in business, corporate law, commercial and banking law. Together with a highly qualified team of 10 lawyers, we offer personalized legal advice in these fields as well as in all kind of matters related with investing in Greece (real estate, tax regime, development/incentive regimes etc). We are currently actively involved in privatisation projects launched by the Assets’ Development Fund (TAIPED), acting for private and sovereign funds.

In addition to their Greek qualifications, most of our Attorneys-at-law have trained or even worked abroad; have earned law degrees and post graduate degrees from foreign universities and have a thorough understanding and experience of the laws and practices of countries outside Greece. Their specialization in fields of Greek law in combination with their familiarity with foreign law in the same fields helps them in bringing cultural gaps and making clients feel comfortable in their Greek and international ventures. Our association with special legal counsels on specific fields such as penal and labor law guarantees the high quality of the advice given.
