Silia Banou is an associate of our corporate commercial practice.
Silia advises on corporate and commercial law in several industries, with an emphasis in commercial transactions including the formation of commercial contracts, companies’ establishments and other corporate matters pertaining to the daily operation of a legal entity, such as the negotiation, formation and drafting of supply, franchise and distribution agreements.
Furthermore, Silia has experience in maritime law, including the setting up of offshore companies and branches, shareholder agreements, ship registration and re-flagging of vessels and she has previous working experience in a leading shipping company. In March 2019, she was qualified as a European Data Protection Officer (DPO).
Silia is admitted before the Court of First Instance and works in Greek, English, French, and Spanish.
