Maria Antoniou is an associate of our banking and corporate commercial practice.

Maria specializes in corporate and banking law and is part of the client advisory services teams dealing with finance related transactions, bond loans, negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, corporate finance, banking and capital markets. Maria is also involved in companies’ audit from its legal perspective as well as private clients consulting. Maria was actively involved the last three years in privatization projects and has advised Astir Palace Vouliagmenis S.A. in Greece on commercial contracts and handled all arising corporate issues.

Maria is admitted before the Court of First Instance and works in Greek, English and French.
