For more than five (5) months (January until mid-June 2020) we have assisted a successful Mandatory Takeover Bid, under the provisions of Law 3461/2006, by granting our legal assistance on all the steps required and the respective strategy as well as on the documentation required and their finalization and prompt submission before the relevant supervisory and competent authorities.  Furthermore, and concerning this project, we dealt with the Over-the-Counter Transfer of Shares Agreement and the Squeeze-Out process, preparing, finalizing, and submitting each necessary document with great success and no delays, despite the unforeseen circumstances caused by the Covid-19 crisis.
