Panagiotis Diotis is an associate and first joined our firm in 2009 as a trainee law student.

 

Panagiotis specializes both in criminal law and procedural criminal law, helping businesses and individuals. He has wide litigation expertise before penal courts, especially in cases relating to economic crime, corporate crime, fraud, tax offense and cybercrime. Moreover, advices on preventative measures and copes with emergencies arising from investigations and defend against criminal charges before the Greek courts. His additional expertise in criminal procedural issues enables him to skilfully handle procedural problems, which is essential to ensure the best possible outcome, whatever the situation.

 

He has also actively been involved in corporate criminal law, including companies’ consultation with respect to corporate criminal liability and compliance, anti-competitive practices, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering, etc.

 

Panagiotis is admitted before the Court of Appeal and works in Greek, English and French.
