We've been the legal counsel of Jermyn Street Real Estate Fund IV LP, i.e. the fund that acquired from the State and subsequently developed the legendary Hotel Astir Palace Vouliagmenis SA. The Hotel started its operation anew on March 2019 under the lead of Four Season as operator. For a number of years we've coordinated the project's legal aspects, negotiated with the State and advised legally the fund on all matters encountered. We’ve also advised the Greek subsidiary Astir Palace Vouliagmeni S.A. on several instances.
