Dimitrios Kogkas is an associate of our Intellectual and Industrial Property and Privatisation Practice.

 

Dimitris specializes in patent and trademark matters and law. He is also dealing with and advises on privatization programs.  Furthermore, Dimitris undertakes a number of cases from various fields of law and represents clients before the Greek Courts.

 

He is further qualified with a well-rounded and broad experience in the fields of Family Law, Private International Law and Commercial Law as he has dealt with a number of cases particularly in these sectors in the past.

 

Dimitris is admitted before the Court of First Instance and works in Greek, English and has good understanding of Spanish.
